Closed incision using Fibrin Glue instead of traditional sutures. Patient had one abscess removed and closed, then a second abscess removed (the two long scars on either side of the natal cleft.)
A third tract was discovered to need surgery in the center of the cleft. The healing tract is packed with Iodoform Gauze, which is what you see sticking out.
