My doc have seen it and said it was smelling bad.he removed only half of sutures.some type of discharging is happening a lot. It is very high when I sit. So what can I do make it less. One more thing is am not being dressed up at sutures. Please help me.

    Hello,

I see it has been a good long while since you have posted here. I was just wondering by any chance, did you ever find a surgeon/DR in Austin, Texas?

Thanks, I hope you are doing well!

Hello, I saw some of you posts from a few years ago. I was wondering did you ever found any resources for Austin Texas? I am looking to possibly have the cleft lift done, if I can find someone in Austin.

    Thanks so much!

    Hi Jaredsmom,
I am getting the cleft lift and I just have a couple of questions. How long before Jared was able to return to normal daily activities, like school? How long did he have to sit with a coccyx cushion? And has he still had no recurrence?

Hello, thanks for this website! It has been crucial in helping me know what to expect. I was wondering if I could have my thread titled "Three days in recovery and counting" be renamed to "My experience with open excision"? Since most people on the forum seem to go for the cleft lift, I thought having my thread renamed would help people connect with others who are going through the excision process.

    Hi There,

I see you have posted Murray Pfeiffer in the hall of fame. Could you please advise what procedure he does?

I am in Auckland and looking for surgeons who perform Bascom's Cleft Lift procedure?

    Thanks for your help

Hey Wingman. I saw you said you used a surgeon at U of M for your last surgery. Can you send me the name of the surgeon. I am living in Ann Arbor and seeking to have surgery this winter.

    Thanks a million!

Sasha! I just wanted to thank you. Without this website, I never would have told my doctor. I'm 4 weeks post-op and so glad to know that I'm not the only girl dealing with this. <3
