Hello all...about one year ago (March 2011) I went in for a massive surgery to excise a softball size cyst. It left a pretty large scar (about 8 inches) and I thought recovery was never going to come. I fet back to normal about 4 months later but then about 3 weeks ago (June 2012) I started to feel pain again. The right side of my scar is inflamed and tender to the touch. It feels like ripping but am not sure if its just the stitches resettling after a year. The tenderness has lasted for about two weeks. I did start a new job that i was sitting at my desk and meetings for a long part of the day. Will the tenderness go away naturally, or should i check with my doctor?
