can someone just tell me is this clip really descripe what cleft lift is?? when i read bascom file and i see this clip i feel that its different !

http://drmehmetkaplan.com/player.asp?id=56 I have seen this one which is the laser one and I am unsure as there are just 2 holes made. The whole point of the cleft lift is that it is done away from the midline and a flap is created which is then folded to the other side and I did not see this in the video. Did you have a look at the link I posted above? as that is helpful or it has been helpful to me.

I don't think it is, I did skip a little felt a bit squeamish but I have found something very useful and it explains a lot of things. In the video you posted the link on I could not see a flap being created which made me think it might not be a cleft lift procedure. I would definitely ask the surgeon if it was a cleft lift surgery.
