    Hi,

I was operated upon in July '15. The surgery was an open excision one and the wound healed normally in about 2 months.

Last week I noticed that there is a very small hole right next to my scar. It is not a part of the area that was excised. There is no pain, redness or discharge from the hole. Could this be a possible recurrence? Is it something to worry about and should I see a Doctor?

    Thanks

That could be a recurrence. After my first surgery I had a very tiny pimale in the area and it did not hurt at all. I went to the doctor and as soon as he saw it he knew it was back. But because we caught it early the second surgery was much easier to recover from. I would say go talk to your doctor just to find out what your situation is. Good luck.
