I have a pilonidal cyst or possibly an abscess, it’s about 1 and a half inch long I assume and it’s causing me a great deal of pain. I’m going to my doctors today and I want to know which is the best procedure for me. Also I read that if I pick a certain one I would have to change the packing, I don’t want that. I’m looking for something where I don’t need to put gauze for a long period of time and change it daily (a week preferably is what I’m looking for).
