Paul’s story

December 22, 2014

This is for Vicky: Keep your head up and stay strong. I have had 3 surgeries in the past 5 years for this problem. My last surgery kept me out of commission for 4 months. So I know how it is.

Stay strong and positive. Don’t let stress get to you and don’t get depressed. If you stay positive you will heal faster. Eat lots of proteins. I am not hairy, but I still got the problem. There are a lot of factors that cause this problem. I be honest with you if you are a bit on the heavy side for your age and height lose the weight and trust me it will help prevent it. I was on the heavy side and in the past 120 days (4 months) I have lost 30 pounds.

Stay positive, eat healthy, exercise, love, and laugh. Appreciate life if you do your body will appreciate you. STAY STRONG TO EVERYONE WHO HAS GONE THROUGH THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone.

One Love
