Three weeks after closed excision pain

I've posted on here my story along with my surgery experience! So far it seems all is going pretty decent. I had my stitches and drainage tube in for 2 weeks and there were no signs of infection (thankfully). I do have one concern though that I am hoping someone can help me with. About two and a half weeks after surgery I went to Chicago with my S/O and we ended up having sex. During sex I think something pulled in the area and it has hurt ever since? There is no visible signs of inflammation or infection but whenever I move or twist a certain way it feels like something is pulling.

Could be new scar tissue. Try doing some light stretching or yoga etc to help stretch out the new scar tissue. From what you are describing it sounds normal.

Out of curiosity, did it hurt to have the drain/stitches removed? I have both in me at the moment (getting them out Friday) and I’m scared to death that it’s going to hurt! Do they numb you or anything?

Mine did not hurt one bit I did take a pain killer because I had that same fear but as soon as he clipped the stitch holding the tube in, the tube fell out! I believe the tube is designed to gradually push out of the skin when the wound is healing(?) I did notice my drainage tube sticking out further from the time it was removed compared to when I first got it.
