Coccyx Memory Foam Kneeling Chair?

Hi, I'm looking to buy my teen daughter a kneeling chair post a drainage procedure.

I see some have the coccyx area removed, like the portable cushions.

Any recommendations / thoughts on either the standard kneeling chairs or the coccyx kneeling chairs?

Also, where to buy? £400 seems to be the going price
