Pre-operation nerves

Hi all

I am currently waiting for my third operation (booked for early may) after 2 failed closed ops.

This time it’s with Miss Senapati performing a cleft lift. This is going to be done under local anaesthetic, has anyone experienced this before?

I am due to be going on holiday 3 weeks after the operation date , is this looking possible? I know it obviously depends on healing and other variants.

Have you had your operation yet? I have a lot of respect for Dr. Senapati. I was not one of her patients but I have seen a presentation of hers on the topic of pilonidal disease and its treatment.

No I haven’t had operation yet. Was due in today but they have pushed it back towards the end of June now.

Sorry I can't help much with your questions, but I just wanted to wish you all the best with your surgery!

I've heard only good things about Miss Senapati, she's regarded as the best in the UK so you're in great hands

Why? I wanted to get surgery from her in June. I'm from Italy and have yet to reach out to her. I'm waiting on my passport now. Is there a long wait?
