Hi, I’m from the uk and my first pilonidal sinus was when I was 19 years old. I had open surgery to remove it and it didn’t come back for 12 years. Since then I’ve had it three times, never drained by a nurse but once drained naturally, both times treated with antibiotics.
Instead of surgery I was thinking of the laser this time. Has anyone had any experience with this coming back again after the laser or should I just get the general surgery again?
