We’ll it’s been 2 months since my closed incision pilondial excision and I believe I have an outbreak. I have a swollen right about my natal cleft (on the lower back but not connecting to the cheeks). Smh this is crazy, I been keeping the wound as clean as I can. Now it looks like another surgery is due. FML
