Hi, Suffered from this for more than 5 years but after reading many different reports, figured out the best way to resolve the problem is to do the following: 1. Switch from boxers to briefs 2. Washed the area with water and soap several times a day to keep it clean 3. Ensured no lint or material from boxes get caught in my pits. Have been cyst free from more than 3 years now.
