Hello guys I really need some help please :). Well it seems I had pilonidal surgery about almost 2 years ago and everything has seemed amazing until about recently. Well I noticed a swelling lower down my crack(sorry haha) but it was a painful bump underneath my scar and it really hurt and there was no inflamation but a bump. Eventually it went away in about a week and I doesn’t hurt. Now here is the weird thing…I woke up this morning took my shower did my usual scrubbing and I noticed this huge bump in a different spot this time, it was higher up and it was underneath the scar again but it runs up under the scar. Again there is no redness so it seems but it seems it is swelling and it hurts. The weird thing was I check every night and scrub and yesterday it was not there until I woke up. Please help me guys. Is this scar inflamation cause I scrub it pretty good or is it’s recurrence? Which I hope to The Lord it’s not. There is no sinus it just seems the scar hurts and it’s a big bump :/ please help guys
