I pulled this procedure name from the case study that Dr. James Matino did some time ago. He is based in Hartford, CT at St. Francis Hospital. It’s called Pore Excision, Curettage, and Injection of Cymetra [Human dermal tissue allograft] for Pilonidal Disease. He invented this procedure with a couple other Dr.s, I’m sure there are others accross the country that do it this way too.
