Suzi’s story

April 24, 2015

My journey started almost 21 yrs ago. Went about every three months to have it landed and drained for apprx 2 years.

Finally elected surgery after my dr told me I was going to become immune to the antibiotics eventually because I was taking them so often…. Alternating mega doses of keeled and augmentin. I had a closed incision the surgeon looking back was not th best. She shortened my butt crack abot 2 inches, the skin was tight I couldn’t sit until she took the stitches out.

6 mths later guess what came back? And I had flair ups about once a yr until about two years ago. Now they are almost monthly. Since the surgery way back then, in does drain on its own. But for the last year it has made me feel horrible the infection in my system i m sure.

Today it is back and filling up the scar is hard and my entire lower back is aching. I am going to have to do something with this.
