initially i found a small inflamation in natal cleft and i found a small and pus come after few days .i used tropical antibiotic fusiwal(fusaric acid oinment) .i got cured in 2 weeks .it will be easy if cyst is detected in initial stage of inflamation .dont let hair grow in butt region and also natal cleft.hygienr is very important .take bath at end of the day.
