Ive had the pilonidal cyst for i believe two years now? I got it my senior year in high school now i am a sophomore in college. I dont know what to do it started as a small bump and its got bigger, it was a sack of fluid that would busrt but then got filled with fluid again i got surgery for it 3 times but everytime the doctor at the clinic would stich it up it would just open up again. I had a small hole for a while but it slowly closed up and now is just like this piece of skill that wont heal like an open wound and fluid still sometimes comes out of it
