Hey guys. I’m 14 years old and a male. I recently discovered that I have a pilonidal cyst and I’m worried. I don’t have a consistent pain as I’ve heard others do almost all the time. I only have slight discomfort at times when sitting. I was never concerned about it because I had no idea what it was. But earlier today I had an itch so I grabbed a piece of toilet paper and itched it. When I brought it back up. It had blood on it. I’m not sure what I should do. If anyone could help me with a suggestion please do so.
