Mo Davis’s story

November 10, 2014

Wow i am so glad i found this site and can see how many other ppl have had this problem.

I had my first cyst just about a year ago, had it lanced and drained and everything was great….untill 3 days ago. Now its back with a vengence. In two days im having it drained again, i am hoping it will be alright after that and i wont have to get serious surgery like my good friend did but we’ll see. What sucks is i have to have reconstructive surgery on my heel after shattering it, so this cyst could not have come at a worse time, especially since i cant even touch it let alone lay on my back for foot surgery.

So hopefully the lancing will ease the pressure and i can have my foot surgery with minimal pain on my tailbone. My advice for anyone who suffers from pilonidal cysts is to stay positive, it will get better, it just takes time. Stay frosty my friends!
