I have suffered with a pilonidal cyst issue and have recently found a miracle remedy. It’s not a cure and I am still scheduling surgery to remove sinus that formed. Turmeric! I have added 2 teaspoons total a day to my diet and my cyst has reduced to nothing. I have not changed my diet and I just wanted to throw this out there to help people suffering.
