Kelly John’s story

October 5, 2013

I have been reading your stories over the past few days whilst I awaited my surgery on thurs. My surgeon has told me that he had to cut out a cyst that was very deep and my open wound is along the cleft which I am concerned about. I have my first packing tomorrow and am honestly terrified.

But my main concern at the moment is that I can’t sleep. Thurs after the surgery I slept for maybe 1 hour and tonight I have been up all night. It’s not from the pain as it is really just a dull ache at the moment. Has anyone else experienced this and if so do u have any tips to help me sleep. My doctor is loath to give me sleeping pills at the moment.
